Starters:

Beetroot and Avocado Gazpacho (vegan)

Prawn, litchi and mango cocktail served with a Marie Rose dressing

Imported Italian Charcuterie platter served with olives, artichokes and crusty bread


Mains:

Imam Bayilda the Imam fainted

Aubergine stuffed with garlic, onions, tomatoes, parsley, dill and basil.

Served with roasted peppers and Vegan Tzatziki

Salmon En Croute

With spinach, crème fraiche and capers

Fillet with chocolate chilli sauce

Served with potato dauphinoise and beans wrapped with leeks


Dessert:

Rose water panna cotta with a berry coulis

Mini pavlova with homemade strawberry ice cream
