​​Due to popular request, we will be offering two Temenos Quiet Weeks over the next months. These ‘retreats’ offer the individual and opportunity to embrace the healing that stillness and simplicity offers, as well as an opportunity to rest in the quietness of our gardens. For the duration of your stay, the gardens are closed to the public thus ensuring a deeper appreciation of a contemplative milieu.

Group yoga Tuesday and Thursday, Qi Gong on Tuesday and Guided meditation.

A retreat for Caregivers. Temenos welcomes men and women in caregiving capacities, ministry or social services who often cannot afford to take a rest away from their place of work. Come and rest and restore yourself in tranquil surroundings. Stay 4 weekday nights and only pay for 3.

Enjoy a Il Piccolo breakfast pack in your cottage before your adventurous hike to the waterfalls.
