Me Time
As yet another year flashes by, emotional, mental and physical burnout are almost inevitable during these challenging times - it’s time to STOP! No longer is ‘Me Time’ a nice to have - it is ESSENTIAL! Practicing self-compassion and calming the body is the only way to restore and build resilience. Jenny and Karen have designed an inspiring Creative Guiding weekend of art making, writing, meditation, movement and reflection. They aim to gently guide you back to your center, to reconnect with a deeper sense of self love and your unlimited potential, where you radiate the energy and life of your authentic self. Nourish your body, mind, heart and soul. Enjoy the tranquil silence in the garden of Temenos Retreat, McGregor. Gain the heartfelt experience of trust and a non-judgmental compassionate space.
