Winter invites to consider the themes of rest and rejuvenation in our own lives but is also the time when the body works hardest to ensure that immunity is at its peak. The weekend explores ways to support the body during the coldest season for greater well-being–even in the chilliest weather. All activities are geared towards participants making informed decisions about their personal health, and Daniel will also offer short one-to-one sessions to help each person find their own balance within the season.
