9 - 11 Feb 2024 | Valentine’s Retreat - Create | Reconnect

Spaces are limited so book early and take advantage of the early bird special price

Embrace yourself and your loved one in the tranquillity of the Temenos Retreat Centre, McGregor.

Give your partner the gift of reconnection, relaxation and romance this Valentine’s Day.

The business of everyday life often means there is no time to engage with your partner on the level you did before the stress of work and, possibly, children became your focus.

This year, forget the flowers and chocolates and join us for something lasting: a romantic, creative, memorable experience.

Enjoy a nourishing three-night, two-day stay in the beautiful Temenos gardens. Begin each day with energising yoga and movement to start your day and then spend Saturday and Sunday mornings in creative workshops designed to renew that special connection with your partner.

Saturday's workshop

An empowering, guided body mapping exercise where you will find a safe space to express yourself while working with your partner towards a greater understanding of each other.

Sunday's workshop

Explore the beautiful Temenos gardens to collect treasures to create sun prints for your partner.

Take your framed artworks home as a reminder of the magical time you spent enjoying one another, be spoilt with delicious meals from the Temenos kitchen.

During your stay, there will be free time to relax and laze beside the pool, browse the library, enjoy the gardens, or explore the village.

What people say about these couple’s retreats

“I booked this weekend for myself and a friend. We desperately needed to connect with each other without kids running around. We expected some artsy time and loads of time to “muf” (chill). Wow, how much more this weekend offered! We found a sisterhood (I am sure men would have been absorbed as deeply) with every person attending. We created visual maps of where we were at that moment. It was such a safe, calm environment where it was ok to be vulnerable. We reminded ourselves of the value of self-care and motivated each other to make changes in our lives that prevent us from being fulfilled. Do it for yourself. This is now on our annual list.”
