26 – 28 Jan 2018 | A Creative Retreat at Temenos

“Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love.”

RUMI

Creativity that connects: to self, to others, to the world, to a greater sense of meaning and purpose.

What would you like to call into your life? What would you like to cultivate? What are you ready to step into?

This is an invitation to set an intention at the start of a New Year creating a unifying theme on which to gently tread. This becomes an umbrella that ends up informing all other intentions as they blossom more fully into your reality.

Temenos Retreat in McGregor

In the tranquil gardens of Temenos Retreat in McGregor fully immerse yourself in a creative process with intention. Through art-making, writing, meditation and mindful movement you will begin a process of inward exploration that will gently guide you into the New Year. Karen and Moira will gently nudge the art making, guide the mindful nature walks and Charmaine Horsburgh will move you through a yoga practice. This will help you cultivate self compassion and calm the body so that you begin the year with ease. The emphasis is on the experience of creating, developing and reflecting through the artwork and not on the finished product. (No art experience is necessary).
